Yes! Credit Direct Micro-Insurance is open to everyone.
A plan costs ₦750 per month. That's all you pay to access up to ₦6,000 worth of essential medications every month at WellaHealth’s partner pharmacies nationwide.
When you need medication, here's what to do:
- Download the Credit Direct Mobile app, create your account, and fund your wallet with a minimum of ₦750
- Dial *5120*7# or send a WhatsApp message to 09070309430
- Select "Claim Insurance" to generate your claim code
- You'll receive your claim code by SMS in seconds
- A WellaHealth agent will reach out to confirm your medication and its availability at the nearest partner pharmacy
- Once confirmed, simply go to the pharmacy and pick up your medication
You can access up to ₦6,000 worth of essential medications per month. This covers medication for common illnesses like malaria, typhoid, infections, and more.
First, check if your Credit Direct Wallet is funded with at least ₦750. If your wallet balance is low, top it up on the Credit Direct App and try again.
Also, check if you have an active plan by dialling *5120*7# or sending a WhatsApp message to 09070309430. Select, “Check Coverage”. If you do, you can just proceed to make a claim instead.

You can make a claim at any time if you have an active plan. Simply dial *5120*7# or send a WhatsApp message to 09070309430 to make a claim.

If you have a claim code you have not used, you will not be able to generate a new one. Kindly wait for 3 days for the code to expire, then make a new claim.

You can use your plan to get medications at any WellaHealth partner pharmacies across Nigeria. Use the pharmacy search feature to find the nearest pharmacies to you.
Yes. With over 3,000 partner pharmacies spread across Nigeria, your plan works whether you're in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Aba, or anywhere in between. Use the pharmacy search feature to find the nearest pharmacies.
A plan covers one person only. Each person has to purchase a plan by funding their Credit Direct App and dialling the code with the number linked to their account.
