Run an account (Current or Savings) with a commercial Bank in Nigeria.
Live and or work in Nigeria
Possess a valid Proof of Identification (current ECOWAS Passport, National Identification, Driver’s License or Voters ID)
Possess a clean Credit Bureau Report.
Possess a verifiable monthly income and pension statement.
Present one recent passport photograph (within the last 6 months)
Have a salary bank statement for the last 3 months (must be stamped by the bank).

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can borrow?

Minimum amount is N20,000 while maximum amount you can access is N5,000,000 (higher amounts would require 2 MCC approval).

Do I have to be in paid employment to get your loans?

Yes, you must be a paid government worker in the paramiliatry or educational sector.

Can I have a top up on my existing loan?

Yes, you can top-up your existing loan once you have made:

1. 2 months repayments on your existing 3 – 5 months loan,
2. 3 months repayment on your existing 6-8 months loan,
3. 4 months repayment on your existing 9 – 12 months loan and
4. 6 months repayment on any loan from 12 months and above.

How can I reapply after I have liquidated my loan?

You can contact any of our Direct Sales Executives or Walk into any of our branches.

I lost my job/ I travelled out of the country. Can I change my repayment date?

No, you would be unable to change your repayment due date. You can send the Termination Letter to Contact@creditdirect.ng for further investigation and review on a possible Loan Restructuring or Payment Holiday/Deferment Pan.

How do I get confirmation that my loan has been approved?

You will get an SMS or Email confirming that the funds have been disbursed into your salary account. If funds are not credited to your account within 24hrs, please send an email to Contact@creditdirect.ng

Can I liquidate my loan before it matures?

Yes you can and the interest for the unused months would be waived off.

Is your interest a flat rate or on a reducing balance?

Our interest rate is computed on a flat rate basis and charged monthly.

Are there any fees or hidden charges on your loan?

There are no hidden charges, however, we only charge an upfront service fee which is a one-off payment before the loan is disbursed to your account.
