With customer consent, we access BVN, phone number, credit report and bank statement details to

determine your customers' loan terms.

Can the checkout page be customized to reflect my brand?

Our branding is designed to be merchant-website friendly, eliminating the need for further customization.

Your logo will be prominently displayed. White labeling is also available, contact our support team for

Does Credit Direct store card information?

No, all card transactions are handled by PCI DSS-compliant partners

How many payment installments are possible?

Currently, we offer six (6) monthly payment installments

You incur no charges. You receive 100% of the product price.

We use instant settlement to credit your account upon customer down payment. Transaction and

settlement information is available on your merchant dashboard.

How do I track my Checkout transactions and payments?

You will have access to a merchant dashboard where you can track all your transactions and settlements.

How quickly do I receive payment for Checkout transactions?

Merchants receive payment immediately after the customer's loan is successful.

How do I get help if I encounter an error or issue?

You will be assigned a dedicated growth manager and added to a dedicated WhatsApp support group.

Who should I contact for questions about my funds and their status?

You can use your Merchant Portal for payment and settlement confirmation. Contact your dedicated WhatsApp support group for pending transactions and your bank for bank account balance and settlement related issues.

What kind of marketing materials do you provide?

We provide marketing materials (banners, logos, promotional content). Your Growth Managers will supply these.
