Currently, you can only have one active BNPL loan at a time. However, you’re free to purchase multiple items from the same merchant within a single transaction and process it as one BNPL loan

What happens if the merchant cancels my order after I’ve paid?

If a merchant cancels your order after payment, they’ll refund the amount to Credit Direct. We’ll then refund you and cancel the loan associated with that order. Rest assured, situations like this are very rare, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Is there a limit to how many times I can use my BNPL limit?

You can only have one active BNPL loan at a time. However, you’re welcome to purchase multiple items from the same merchant in a single transaction using your available limit

How often is my BNPL eligibility reviewed or updated?

Your BNPL offer—generated through the “Know Your Limit” platform—is valid for 24 hours. After that, a new eligibility review will be conducted when you reinitiate the process.

What should I do if I encounter a “Something went wrong” error during registration?

First, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue continues, please contact our support team—we’ll be happy to help.

Why is my BVN validation failing?

Double-check that your BVN is correct and that the phone number you used is the one linked to your BVN. If it still fails, your bank may need to update your records.

Why was my account validation unsuccessful?

Make sure the bank account details you provided match your BVN information. Also, confirm that your bank is among the supported options for validation.

What should I do if the platform can't verify my work email during registration?

No problem—if the platform isn’t verifying your work email, you can continue registration using your personal email address

Why is my debit card not being accepted for down payment or repayments?

Please ensure your card is active, has sufficient funds, and is enabled for online transactions. Only cards issued by Nigerian banks are supported.

What happens if I’m unable to complete card setup for repayments?

You’ll need to cancel the transaction with both the merchant and Credit Direct before starting a new one with the correct item.

Can I cancel my BNPL loan after it’s been approved?

Once your loan is approved and the merchant fulfills the order, cancellation isn’t possible. If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, please contact us right away for support.
