What do I need to be eligible for your loans?

Check our loan Products menu to see the eligibility for the various loan products we offer.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can borrow?

Minimum amount is N20,000 while the maximum amount you can access is N5,000,000.

Does Credit Direct require a credit check?

All our loans require a good and satisfactory Credit Report

Do I need to come to the branch to apply for a loan?

No, You can get quick loans by dialling our USSD code *5120# or via our Website on www.creditdirect.ng. You can also reach out to us via Telephone on 0700CREDITDIRECT or 02014482225 or via WhatsApp on 09070309430

Can I make a part payment before my loan repayment date?

Yes, you can and the funds would be applied for the months covered, but you would still be charged your monthly deductions until the loan is fully repaid as we do not have a part liquidation process.

How long do I have to wait after repaying a loan in full before I can reapply for a new one?

You can choose to get a new loan immediately after you repay an existing loan.

How do I know that I am eligible for a loan offer?

You are eligible for a loan offer if you are a salaried employee in the public or private sector.
